  • Assisting with pitch decks, treatments, and production paperwork.

  • Getting involved with pre-production and production logistics (call sheets, locations, crew lists).

  • Pitching in on set or in post-production when needed.

  • Generally being an extra set of eyes, ears, and hands for the Producer.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone organised, reliable, and proactive.

  • Good communication skills and comfortable working with all kinds of people.

  • Strong interest in contemporary Australian filmmaking.

  • Skills across apps (Word, Google Docs, Calendars, etc.), Social media and editing and production software.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Get Out of It

  • A behind-the-scenes look at how feature film projects are developed.

  • Practical experience across development, production, and post.

  • Opportunities to contribute ideas and grow your creative confidence.

  • A chance to build industry contacts and skills for your career.

  • Flexible, based on the successful candidate’s requirements.
